Need a time out of your own? Our Moment of Peace Massage incorporates lavender and chamomile into our traditional Swedish massage, along with a cup of chamomile tea, for some well-deserved relaxation.

This classic form of massage uses long strokes with gentle/moderate pressure to relax your body and mind while increasing circulation and blood flow.

Using slower strokes and firmer pressure, our therapists target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to help release tension, chronic pain, and muscular stress.

Focused on the special needs of the mother-to-be, prenatal massage can help promote circulation while easing lower back pain, chronic headaches, and other pregnancy-related discomforts. Our expert therapists use side-lying positioning to maximize your comfort and safety while melting tension away.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth, water-heated stones placed at key points on the body promote deeper muscle relaxation to melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increases circulation and metabolism.

FULL BODY DRY BRUSH: A long bristled brush is gently run along the body to increase circulation, normalize lymph flow, and exfoliate the skin. $25

LATE Policy
If you are late for your appointment, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. But please be advised that your service time may be cut as we do have other clients after you. You will still be responsible for the full price of your original appointment.
